Pre-Orders
• We pride on giving you only the best guaranteed service, with this all orders are advised to be placed in advance. Approximately 7 days to avoid any dissapoinment, the earlier the better.
• We can however slot your order in as little as 5 days, provided that we are not fully booked for the requested date. Do give us a call to inquire about available dates.
Customisation
• All customisation is subject to approval and work capacity. We will advice you should we are not able to fulfill your requested design.
Payment
• Full payment is required when placing orders.
• A min of 50% deposit can be placed for orders exceeding RM200 only.
Changes
• Please confirm your order thoroughly before making payment. No changes will be entertained once payment/deposit has been made.
Cancellation
• All orders are non-exchangable.
• No refund will be given if cancelled within 2 days before pick up date.
Stand Rental
• Maximum period per rental is 3 (three) days only
• Please handle our stand with care, the deposit of RM100 will be forfeited if the cake stand is damaged upon returning.
Collection
• PLEASE present your payment account receipt upon collection, otherwise we cannot allow collection. If you are appointing someone to collect on your behalf, please pass the receipt to them. in the case of loss of receipt, please prepare a letter with your name, phone no, identification and bill number (if any) for collection.
• At present, all orders are required to be picked up at a Harmony View, Lintang Slim, Perak Road, Georgetown, Penang. Uncollected cupcakes will be discarded after 5 days. No refund will be given for uncollected cupcakes as cost and labour has gone into the making of the cupcakes. For orders of large amount, delivery will be upon our descretion.
